Information You Provide
Our App allows you to create and store various types of content locally on your device, including:
- Club information (name, emblem, kit colors)
- Player profiles (names, ages, nationalities, positions, performance ratings)
- Player photos (captured via camera or selected from gallery)
- Match records and event logs
- Training session data
- Journal entries and notes
- Goals and trophy information
All user-generated content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Automatically Collected Information
When you use our App, we automatically collect certain technical information:
- Device Information: Device type, model, operating system version, and language settings
- Unique Identifiers: A randomly generated user ID (UUID) created at first launch and stored locally
- Google Advertising ID: Your device's advertising identifier, used for analytics and attribution
- App Installation Source: Information about how you installed the app (e.g., Google Play Store)

Camera and Photo Access
Our App requests camera permission for the following purposes:
- Player Photos: To take photos of team players directly within the app
- Contact Form: To capture and attach photos when submitting support requests or bug reports to developers
Photos taken for player profiles are stored locally on your device in the app's private storage. Photos attached to support requests may be transmitted to our servers when you submit a contact form.
You can also select existing photos from your device's gallery. On Android 13 and later, gallery access uses the system Photo Picker and does not require storage permissions.
Push Notifications
Our App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications. When you grant notification permission:
- A unique FCM token is generated for your device
- Your device is automatically subscribed to notification topics based on your device language
- We may send you updates, reminders, or promotional messages
You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
Analytics and Attribution
We may use third-party analytics services to understand how users interact with our App:

Google Advertising ID
We collect your device's Google Advertising ID (GAID) for analytics and attribution purposes. This identifier helps us:
- Measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
- Understand user acquisition channels
- Provide aggregated analytics
You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising using your device's settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
Calendar and Reminders
The App may allow you to save events to your device's system calendar for:

Calendar integration requires your explicit permission. All calendar data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Location Services

If location features are used, we do not store your precise location on our servers. Location data is processed locally on your device.

The App stores your data locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms:

- Club, player, match, and training data
- Statistics and historical records
- Player photos (in app's private storage)
This data is not accessible to other apps and is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Analytics Providers: Aggregated, non-personally identifiable usage data
- Service Providers: Companies that help us operate the App (hosting, analytics)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
Data Retention
