These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Mlbt App ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Mlbt App mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Mlbt App is a football club management application that allows users to:
- Create and manage virtual football clubs
- Add and track player profiles and statistics
- Record match results and events
- Plan and log training sessions
- Maintain club statistics and records
- Keep a club journal with notes and entries
- Set goals and track achievements
The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use and operates primarily offline with data stored locally on your device.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian to ensure they understand and agree to them.
4. User Accounts and Data
The App does not require user registration or account creation. All data you create within the App is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for:
- Backing up your data
- Maintaining the security of your device
- Any content you create within the App
We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, or any other cause.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the App will be corrected
- The App will meet your specific requirements
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MLBT APP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruption or computer damage
- Cost of substitute services
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mlbt App, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any content you create or submit through the App
11. Updates and Modifications
We may update the App from time to time to add new features, improve existing features, or fix issues. You agree that we have no obligation to provide any updates or to continue supporting older versions of the App.

12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon termination:

- All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive
- We have no obligation to retain any of your data

14. Severability

15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mlbt App regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
